CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
As of right now we only ship domestically, but if you would like an order shipped internationally please email is at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members can make this happen!
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
All of our pieces are 18k gold or silver plated so it won't tarnish on you with proper care. Make sure to take off jewelry before going in the ocean because the salt water can strip the coating. When showering please take off all jewelry for longevity because chemicals and sulfates used in your shower products can strip the coating. Also, take off rings when washing dishes because the chemicals used in dish soaps can strip the coating of your rings. Following these simple care instructions will keep your favorite jewelry pieces looking new!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All orders are carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. Kindly note that we are only able to provide refunds in limited circumstances. Refunds or exchanges are not eligible due to change of mind.
Credits or exchanges are only offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. Exchanges will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Earrings are strictly not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes.
Exchanges and store credits will only be issued upon My Wanderlust Jewelry receiving and verifying that the returned products are eligible.
Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.
